ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องจัดให้มีการประกันภัยในวงเงินที่เพียงพอเพื่อคุ้มครองอาคารและทรัพย์สินภายในอาคารจาก อัคคีภัย โจรกรรม หรือภัยอื่นใด โดยคำนึงถึงตามปกติของวิญญูชนอันพึงกระทำเพื่อคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินดังกล่าว
