7.2 ข้อจำกัดการเปิดเผยข้อมูลตามที่ระบุไว้ในวรรคแรกของข้อนี้ ไม่ใช้บังคับกับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

7.2.2 การเปิดเผยข้อมูลใด ๆ ซึ่งมีกฎหมาย หรือกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ หรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานราชการ หรือหน่วยงานซึ่งทำหน้าที่กำกับดูแลใด ๆ กำหนดหรือบังคับให้ต้องเปิดเผย ทั้งนี้ ก่อนการเปิดเผยข้อมูลนั้น ๆ คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่มีหน้าที่ต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลจะต้องแจ้งให้คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทราบถึงเหตุดังกล่าว เว้นแต่การแจ้งนั้นจะเป็นการขัดต่อกฎหมายโดยชัดแจ้ง
