มาตรา ๒๑ เมื่อได้อนุญาติให้นําเข้าสิ่งมีชีวิตดัดแปลงพันธุกรรมแล้ว ถ้าต่อมาพฤติการณ์ ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปหรือมีเหตสําคัญเพื่อความปลอดภัยต่อสุขภาพอนามัยหรือสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้หน่วยงาน ผู้รับผิดชอบมีอํานาจยกเลิกการอนุญาตหรือสั่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมเงื่อนไขการอนุญาตได้ตามความจําเป็น
ในการออกคำสั่งตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้หน่วยงานผู้รับผิดชอบระบุเหตุผลของการสั่งยกเลิก การอนุญาตหรือการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมเงื่อนไขการอนุญาตนั้นด้วย
