ข้อ 3. ทั้งสองฝ่ายต่างรับทราบและเข้าใจดีว่า สัญญาได้สิ้นสุดลงแล้วนับแต่วันที่ทำบันทึกนี้ ดังนั้น ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงว่า จะไม่เรียกร้องเงินหรือค่าเสียหายใด ๆ หรือดำเนินการใด ๆ ทั้งทางแพ่ง และทางอาญาต่อกันอีกทั้งสิ้น เว้นแต่ข้อตกลงว่าข้อ ...... ที่ไม่ระงับไป แม้ว่าสัญญาจะได้สิ้นสุดสงก็จะมีผลใช้บังคับต่อไปจนกว่าจะสิ้นสุด
