บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์
(1)เพื่อศึกษาด้านการเสริมอาชีพเพื่อให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนในชุมชนนั้น (2) เพื่อศึกษาด้านการบริหารชุมชนแบบพึ่งพาตนเพื่อให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนในชุมชนนั้น การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มุ่งหาคำตอบเกี่ยวกับข้อเท็จจริงมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาข้อมูลในรูปแบบสำรวจ และสรุปข้อมูลในรูปแบบการพรรณนา โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการทำแบบประเมินสอบถามประชาชนในชุมชนนั้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ด้านการเสริมอาชีพให้ชุมชน มีการจัดการอำนวยความสะดวกให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนและมีการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงให้กับชุมชนนั้น (2) ด้านการบริหารชุมชนแบบพึ่งพาตนเอง มีการฝึกทักษะ สร้างอาชีพ มีการจัดอบรม เพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ความสามารถให้แก่ประชาชนโดยการใช้บุคลากรที่มีความสามารถมากำกับดูแล ให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่ชุมชนข้อเสนอแนะ (1) ควรจัดให้มีการอบรมฝึกอาชีพให้แก่คนในชุมชน (2) ควรจัดให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับสินค้าในชุมชนให้บุคคลภายนอกได้รู้ (3) ควรส่งเสริมเกษตรกรให้มีการผลิตที่มีคุณภาพ
