จัดทำการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับระเบียบการปฏิบัติงานภายในบริษัททุกครั้งที่มีการจ้างผู้รับเหมาภายนอกเข้ามาซ้อมบำรุงและผู้ขนส่งสินค้า หรือบุคคลที่มาติดต่อที่บริษัท
พนักงานผู้รับผิดชอบก็จะจัดให้มีการอบรมเกี่ยวกับระเบียบการปฏิบัติงานภายในบริษัท โดยใช้ข้อบังคับด้านหลังของใบผ่านเข้า-ออก (FM-EM-018) และลงบันทึกการฝึกอบรมทุกครั้ง
