มาตรา 3 ให้ยกเลิกความใน (4) ของมาตร

มาตรา 3 ให้ยกเลิกความใน (4) ของมาตรา 8 ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย (ฉบับชั่วคราว) พ.ศ.2557 และให้ใช้ความต่อไปนี้แทน

               “(4) ไม่อยู่ในระหว่างถูกเพิกถอนสิทธิเลือกตั้ง”
