บทคัดย่อ – เอกสารนี้เป็นเอกสารแนวความคิดที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาปัจจัยเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ซึ่งมีระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรคำนวณของ :ทาโร ยามาเน่ จะได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือใช้แบบสอบถามกับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีคณะวิทยาการจัดการและใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณา โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ,ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวแปรต้นปัจจัยเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาได้แก่กิจกรรมด้านวิชาการ,กิจกรรมด้านกีฬาและนันทนาการ,กิจกรรมด้านทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ส่งผลต่อตัวแปรตามความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาประกอบไปด้วยการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม,สถานที่ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินกิจกรรม,ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรม,รูปแบบและลำดับขั้นตอนในการดำเนินกิจกรรม,ภาพรวมทั้งหมดของการจัดกิจกรรม
