ระยะเวลา 18 สัปดาห์ (เรียนเฉพาะวันพฤหัสบดี และศุกร์ เต็มวัน
ยกเว้นหมวดวิชาการพัฒนากระบวนการทางความคิดของผู้บริหาร
และการศึกษาดูงาน ซึ่งในเวลาติดต่อกัน 5-6 วัน) ณ ห้องประชุม สขช.3
สำนักข่าวกรองแห่งชาติ และศูนย์ฝึกอบรมประชานาถ

คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้ารับการศึกษา
1. ข้าราชการพลเรือน ตำแหน่งบริหารระดับต้น หรืออำนวยการ
ระดับสูง หรือวิชาการระดับเชี่ยวชาญ (เทียบเท่าระดับ 9 เดิม)
2. ข้าราชการทหารชั้นยศ พันเอก (พิเศษ) และตำรวจชั้นยศ
พันตำรวจเอก (พิเศษ) ซึ่งสำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ
3. พนักงานองค์การของรัฐ รัฐวิสาหกิจ หรือองค์การมหาชน
ที่มีตำแหน่งเทียบเท่าข้อ 1
4. ผู้เข้ารับการศึกษาตาม ข้อ 1 - 3 ควรมีอายุไม่เกิน 57 ปี
และเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสายงานหลักของห่วยงาน รวมทั้งจะเป็นกำลังสำคัญ
ของหน่วยงานในอนาคต
5. นักธุรกิจซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของกิจการ หรือมีตำแหน่งระดับบริหาร
มีสัญชาติไทย อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 45 ปี และไม่เกิน 57 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษา
ระดับปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป (ยกเว้นปริญญากิตติมศักดิ์)
6. สามารถเข้ารับการศึกษาได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ตลอดหลักสูตร
โดยจะต้องมีเวลาศึกษาไม่น้อยกว่า ร้อยละ 80 ของเวลาการศึกษาทั้่ง
หลักสูตร
7. ต้องมีสุขภาพสมบูรณ์ แข็งแรง สามารถเดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน
ทั้งในและต่างประเทศได้
8. ได้รับความเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการบิรหารงานสำนักข่าวกรอง
แห่งชาติให้เข้ารับการศึกษาในหลักสูตรนี้

ในการศึกษาหลักสูตรดังกล่าว สำนักข่าวกรองแห่งชาติจะ
รับผิดชอบเฉพาะค่าใช้จ่ายในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ค่าอาหารและ
เครื่องดื่มในวันที่มีจัดอบรมค่าใช้จ่ายในการศึกษาดูงานในประเทศ
และต่างประเทศ รับผิดชอบเฉพาะค่าห้องพัก (คู่) ค่าบัตรโดยสาร
เครื่องบินชั้นประหยัด ไม่รวมค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยงค่าที่พัก ค่าพาหนะ
ระหว่างศึกษา และค่าธรรมเนียมหนังสือเดินทาง
