ด่วน!!! ประกาศเตือนภัย:พบไวรัสเข้ารหัสไฟล์เรียกค่าไถ่ในเครือข่าย
เรียน พนักงานทุกท่าน
ด้วยพบว่ามีไวรัสเข้ารหัสไฟล์เรียกค่าไถ่ในเครือข่าย ซึ่งปัจจุบันได้รับแจ้งเหตุนี้แล้วจำนวน 3 เครื่อง ขณะที่ยังไม่มีวิธีแก้ไขที่ถาวร
จึงขอแจ้งเตือนให้พนักงานทุกท่านทราบและทำการป้องกันข้อมูลในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของท่าน โดยปฏิบัติดังนี้
1. สำรองไฟล์ไว้นอกเครื่อง เช่น ใส่ไว้ใน External Harddisk และ Flash USB Drive (ซึ่งท่านควรทำอย่างสม่ำเสมอ)
2. ยกเลิกการ Share Drive หรือ Map Drive เพราะไวรัสจากเครื่องอื่นที่เข้าถึง Map Drive จะมาเข้ารหัสไฟล์ของท่านได้
3. ไม่เปิดไฟล์ หรือกด Link จากอีเมล์หรือเว็บไซต์ ที่ต้องสงสัยหรือไม่แน่ใจ
ทั้งนี้ หากเครื่องของท่านติดไวรัสแล้ว จะมีข้อความลักษณะดังรูปด้านล่างนี้ ซึ่งข้อมูลในเครื่องของท่านจะไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้ และขอให้ดำเนินการดังนี้
1. หยุดการใช้งานเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์นั้นๆ ทันที
