ใบแลกเปลี่ยนชุดฟอร์ม
ซึ่งการเปิดบิลส่งชุดฟอร์ม จาก Supplier ไม่ได้แยก Size เสื้อชาย-หญิง
และตอน HR รับของก็ไม่ได้ตรวจสอบว่า แต่ละ size ตรงตามจำนวนที่สั่งไปหรือไม่ ก็อาจจะมีผลให้ Stock ที่จะสรุปไม่ตรงกับรายงาน
