พันธกิจ
1. จัดการศึกษาที่หลากหลาย ผลิตบัณฑิต และพัฒนาบุคลากรในท้องถิ่นให้มีคุณภาพและคุณธรรม

วัตถุประสงค์
1. เพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรในท้องถิ่นอย่างต่อเนื่องให้เป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้ มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม และมีขีดความสามารถที่สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศ
