การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีการจัดการเรียนรู้ยึดรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนด้วยตนเอง โดยการสร้างสื่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ กลุ่มสาระการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ปีพุทธศักราช 2551 โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนศรีวิชัย จังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 30 คน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ที่ยึดถือผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เรื่อง คอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 3 แผน แบ่งได้เป็น 3 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ (2) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2
