การศึกษาเรื่อง การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่ป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง อำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงา อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก ( = 3.93) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยแรงจูงใจมาก 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค ( = 4.68) ด้านการรับรู้ต่อโอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรค ( = 4.52) ด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับและค่าใช้จ่าย ( = 4.16) ตามลำดับ และด้านที่มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยแรงจูงใจระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการรับรู้อุปสรรคในการดูแลสุขภาพ ( = 2.60) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่ป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง อำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงาตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่ป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง อำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงาที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีผลต่อการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่ป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง อำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงาที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยของครอบครัวต่อเดือน และประสบการณ์การเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านต่างกัน มีผลต่อการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ควรมีการประเมินการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และให้คำแนะนำในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพอย่างสม่ำเสมอ มีการอบรม ฟื้นฟูให้ความรู้เรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพให้ครอบคลุมในทุกด้าน
