จากการตรวจสอบพบว่าสถานที่ดังกล่าวเป็นศูนย์การค้าตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ประมาณ 5 ไร่ ภายในมีบูธจำหน่ายสินค้า อาทิ ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมความงาม อาหารเสริม เครื่องสำอาง และยาที่ผิดกฎหมายตาม พ.ร.บ.อาหารและยา, พ.ร.บ.เครื่องสำอางค์ และ พ.ร.บ.ศุลกากรเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าสินค้าเข้ามาภายในราชอาณาจักรโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต จึงยึดของกลางทั้งหมดรวมมูลค่ากว่า 100ล้านบาท พร้อมกับควบคุมตัวนายยศวัจน์ หาญธนประเสริฐ อายุ 56 ปี ผจก.บริหาร กับ น.ส.พัทธนันท์ เทศน์ธรรมวิทิต อายุ 30 ปี ผจก.ทั่วไป ไว้สอบสวน นอกจากนี้ยังจับกุมตัวมัคคุเทศก์ชาย-หญิงชาวรัสเซีย จำนวน 22 คน และพนักงานของศูนย์การค้าชาวกัมพูชาอีก 4 คน ไว้ดำเนินคดีในข้อหาทำงานในราชอาณาจักรโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
