ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ผู้ศึกษาทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสังเกตการทำงานและจดบันทึกปัญหาในปฏิบัติงานพร้อมทั้งสัมภาษณ์ และแจกแบบสอบถามพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติงาน
