การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมในการเลือกใช้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางไปรษณีย์ของภาครัฐ และ ภาคเอกชน ผูศึกษาไดดําเนินการเก็บรวบรวมขอมูลจาก กลุมตัวอยางจํานวน 140 คน ไดสรุปผลการศึกษาจากการสํารวจขอมูลจากกลุมตัวอยาง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่การสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถามแบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใชในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ไดแกคาเฉลี่ยและคาสวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation, S.D.) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย One-Way ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผูตอบแบบสอบถามเปนเพศหญิงคิดเปนรอยละ 64.3 และเพศชายคิดเปนรอยละ 35.7 สวนใหญ่อายุ 21-30 ปี คิดเปนรอยละ 38.6 รองลงมาอายุ31-40 ปี คิดเปนรอยละ 26.4 อายุ41-50 ปี คิดเปนรอยละ 13.6 อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี และ 51-60 ปี คิดเปนรอยละ 10.7 สรุปผลการวิจัยทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมในการเลือกใช้บริการขนส่งทางไปรษณีย์ของ ภาครัฐ และ ภาคเอกชน พบว่า1)บริการขนส่งทางไปรษณีย์ของภาครัฐ ด้านพนักงาน ด้านความพร้อมของระบบการทำงาน ด้านความเหมาะสมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2)บริการขนส่งทางไปรษณีย์ของภาคเอกชนด้านพนักงาน ด้านความพร้อมของระบบการทำงาน ด้านความเหมาะสมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
