กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ เจ้าของร้านเค้กคลองวาฬ กลุ่มลูกค้าที่มาซื้อสินค้าของทางร้าน จำนวน 80 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ ด้านโครงสร้างบรรจุภัณฑ์ ด้านกราฟิก และด้านชั้นจัดแสดงสินค้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาและพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์เค้กคลองวาฬ และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ และ ค่าเฉลี่ย
