ได้จัดเพิ่มโซนจากเดิม 3 โซน เป็น 7 โซน และ 4 อาคารประกอบ ปัจจุบันเซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ได้แบ่งโซนออกทั้งหมด 10 โซนมีอาคารประกอบทั้งหมด 7 อาคารประกอบ
