Full Truck Load (FTL) หรือ การขนส่งตรงแบบเต็มตู้ เป็นแนวคิดหรือกลยุทธ์ที่นำมาใช้ลดต้นทุนการขนส่งสินค้าไปต่างประเทศได้
วิธีนี้นั้นมีมานานแล้ว แต่ไม่ค่อยเป็นที่นิยมเพราะทำได้ยาก และมิใช่ว่าต้องการใช้แนวคิดนี้ แล้วจะทำได้ทันทีทันใด หากจะต้องมีการวางแผนเป็นลำดับขั้นตอน และต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานภายในองค์กรเป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งในบางครั้งต้องมีการขอความร่วมมือจากลูกค้าด้วย อีกทั้งต้องมีการวัดผล การควบคุมขบวนการอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมแบบต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งในบทความนี้จะนำเสนอแนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านต่าง ๆ, ผลประโยชน์ในการช่วยให้ลดต้นทุนขนส่งสินค้าได้ รวมถึงอุปสรรคต่าง ๆ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในการทำ FTL นี้
