เรื่อง การเข้า-ออก อาคาร โดยใช้ระบบคีย์การ์ด

ตามที่ระบบคีย์การ์ดที่ใช้สำหรับเข้า-ออกอาคาร ชำรุดเสียหาย อันเนื่องมาจากมีฝนตกและลมพายุ รวมถึงแดดส่อง เนื่องจากไม่มีการติดตั้งกล่องสำหรับกันน้ำไว้ ซึ่งทางคณะกรรมการนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ได้มีมติให้ติดตั้งระบบเข้า – ออกอาคาร โดยใช้ระบบคีย์การ์ด ทดแทนเครื่องเดิมซึ่งชำรุด โดย ณ ปัจจุบันฝ่ายบริหารจัดการฯ ได้ดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบคีย์การ์ดเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงขอให้ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย ติดต่อฝ่ายบริหารจัดการฯ เพื่อดำเนินการ ดังนี้
1. นำคีย์การ์ดเดิมที่ได้รับจากโครงการตั้งแต่ตอนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ มาให้ช่างอาคารดำเนินการเพิ่มข้อมูลเข้าระบบ
2. ท่านที่ทำบัตรหาย หรือต้องการซื้อเพิ่มได้ที่นิติบุคคลฯ (ติดต่อข้างลิฟท์)
3. ในช่วงระยะเวลา ตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 ธ.ค. 57 – 31 ธ.ค. 57 สามารถเข้า – ออกอาคารได้ตามปกติ
4. ฝ่ายบริหารจัดการฯ จะเริ่มใช้การเข้า-ออกอาคาร ด้วยระบบคีย์การ์ด ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2558 เป็นต้นไป
