ข้อ 2. ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องจัดหาดิน เพื่อมาดำเนินงานตามสัญญานี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ แรงงานและอื่นๆ ตามความต้องการ เพื่อมาดำเนินงานตามสัญญานี้และจะต้องจัดให้มีผู้ควบคุมงานที่มีความสามารถ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งความ สามารถในการศึกษาแบบและรายละเอียดเป็นอย่างดี อยู่ประจำภายในสถานที่ก่อสร้างตลอดเวลา และผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิที่จะให้ผู้รับจ้างเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ควบคุมงานที่ไม่เหมาะสมได้
ข้อ 3. ผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงจ่ายค่าจ้างและผู้รับจ้างตกลงรับค่าจ้างเป็นงวดๆ ดังนี้

งวดที่ 6 ถมที่ดินแล้วเสร็จส่วนที่เหลือ (เบิกจ่ายเงิน 70%ของไร่ที่เหลือ ) ชำระเป็นเงิน…378,000.00….บาท (…….สามแสนเจ็ดหมื่นแปดพันบาทถ้วน…….) เมื่อผู้รับจ้างได้ทำการถมที่ดินแล้วเสร็จ ของไร่ส่วนที่เหลือ
ข้อ 4. ผู้รับจ้างสัญญาว่าจะทำงานจ้างนี้ให้แล้วเสร็จบริบูรณ์ภายในกำหนดเวลา.......45......วัน โดยจะเริ่มลงมือถมดินในสถานที่กำหนดภายในวันที่..26..เดือน..กุมภาพันธ์.พ.ศ.2557..และให้แล้วเสร็จบริบูรณ์ภายในวันที่..12..เดือน..เมษายน.พ.ศ.2557.
ถ้าผู้รับจ้างมิได้ลงมือทำงานภายในกำหนดระยะเวลาดังกล่าวก็ดี หรือมีเหตุให้ผู้ว่าจ้างเชื่อได้ว่าผู้รับจ้างไม่สามารถทำงานให้แล้วเสร็จบริบูรณ์ภายในเวลากำหนดก็ดี หรือล่วงเลยกำหนดเวลาแล้วเสร็จบริบูรณ์แล้วก็ดี หรือผู้รับจ้างทำผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใดก็ดี ผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญานี้ได้ และมีอำนาจจ้างผู้อื่นทำงานจ้างนี้ต่อจากผู้รับจ้าง
