พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔ ก่อตั้งสมาคมโคเนื้อพันธุ์กำแพงแสน นายกสมาคมคนแรก คือ นายสุนทร นิคมรัตน์ ได้ขยายงานปรับปรุงพันธุ์ออกไปสู่ฟาร์มเอกชนในหลายๆ จังหวัดทั่วประเทศ

พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๖ ก่อตั้งสหกรณ์โคเนื้อมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน จำกัด เพื่อทำหน้าที่ส่งเสริมธุรกิจจำหน่ายเนื้อโคขุนพันธุ์กำแพงแสนไปยังศูนย์การค้า ภัตตาคารต่างๆ
