ข้อ6.หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดผิดสัญญาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งแล้ว คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งจะบอกกล่าวให้แก้ไขภายใน 15 วัน หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นไม่แก้ไข คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ทันที
