ข้อ 8. การบอกกล่าวทวงถาม

การบอกกล่าวทวงถาม หรือส่งเอกสารใดๆ อันพึงมีไปยังคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งตามภูมิลำเนาที่ปรากฏในสัญญานี้ ให้ถือเป็นการส่งโดยชอบ และคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายได้ทราบแล้วนับแต่วันที่บอกกล่าว หรือเอกสารนั้นๆ
พึงไปถึงตามปกติ

สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความตรงกัน ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ทราบ และเข้าใจข้อความของสัญญาโดยตลอดดีแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตรงตามเจตนาของตน จึงได้ลงลายมือ และประทับตรา (ถ้ามี) ไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
