กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เอส พี ซี บิสสิเนส พาร์ทเนอร์ จำกัด จังหวัดลำพูน ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจและใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจำนวน 270 ชุด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณาและสถิติอ้างอิง เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้สถิติ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
