ผู้ให้เช่าไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย หรือสูญเสียใดๆ ของบุคคล ทรัพย์สินและสิทธิประโยชน์ของผู้เช่า หรือบุคคลอื่นที่เกิดขึ้นจากการกระทำหรือละเว้นหรือความประมาทเลินเล่อของผู้เช่า และ/หรือบริวาร ลูกจ้าง คนงาน หรือลูกค้าของผู้เช่าที่เกิดขึ้นภายในอาคารผู้ให้เช่าและร้านค้าที่เช่า ผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบเองในทุกกรณี
