บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และนำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่มประชากร ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 จำนวน 135 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ เพื่อหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่ามีปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล
