A simple Exercise in office
1. Basic position
Sit on a chair with your back straight and do belly flattening.
2. Lollop position
Stretching back to fully face down on the table.
3. Looked at the belly position
Try lifting or bending as much as possible while face down looking belly.
4. Bend down the head position
Cross one’s arm .straddle together bend down the head.
5. Pier stretching back position
Stretching back slowly. Take a deep breath in.
6. Bend ankle and stretch ankle position
Raise both legs up a little bit and slightly bent and stretch ankle.
