หากผู้ใช้ไม่สามารถใช้งาน Cloud ได้ตามปกติ ด้วยสาเหตุดังต่อไปนี้ ผู้ใช้ไม่สามารถนำมาเรียกร้องค่าชดเชยใด ๆ ได้
4.1. ปัญหาที่เกิดจาก Operating System หรือ Program หรือ Application ภายใน VM ของลูกค้า
4.2. การใช้งาน Software ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
4.3. ปัญหาที่เกิดจากระบบอื่นเช่น ระบบเครือข่ายของลูกค้า
4.4. ปัญหาด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ
4.5. ปัญหาอื่นใดซึ่งเกิดจากความประมาทของผู้ใช้เอง
4.6. ปัญหาอื่นใดซึ่งเกิดจากวิธีการเข้าถึง VM ที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ใช่วิธีมาตรฐานที่ไอเน็ตจัดให้
4.7. อุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้ไม่สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติ
4.8. ฟ้าผ่า, แผ่นดินไหว, อุบัติภัย หรือจากเหตุธรรมชาติ หรือเหตุอื่นใดที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของไอเน็ต
