ช่วง HVPT Stage
6.24 ฝ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ออกแผนทดลอง และ ฝ่ายรับประกันคุณภาพจัดเตรียมเอกสาร Control Plan โดยฝ่ายรับประกันคุณภาพ
ในส่วนของ New Model และ Incoming เช็ควัตถุดิบที่เตรียมสำหรับทดลอง HVPT ให้อยู่ในมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้
(อ้างอิงจาก Accessory Drawing) และฝ่ายรับประกันคุณภาพต้องจัดเตรียม CF เมื่อเริ่มทดลอง HVPT โดยมีขั้นการปฎิบัติงานดังนี้
1. Audit Prcess base on control plan
2. Check problem from follow up sheet & check process problen/quality defect
3.Check&compare WI Q-gate + Ins. STD
เมื่อ HVPT เสร็จฝ่ายรับประกันคุณภาพต้องรวบรวมของเสีย OK ratio และ กระบวนการผลิตที่มีปัญหา ที่ส่งผลต่อการผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่ได้
มาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ (โดยอ้างอิงจาก Drawing Customer และ Inspection Standard) กับทาง APQP team พร้อมทั้งนำปัญหาของ
ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่มาลงในแบบฟอร์ม Problem follow up sheet และส่งให้กับฝ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ จากนั้นฝ่ายรับประกันคุณภาพ
ตรวจสอบชิ้นงานผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ พร้อมกับลงบันทึกข้อมูลลงในแบบฟอร์ม Inspection data และจัดส่งข้อมูลให้ผู้จัดการ
ฝ่ายรับประกันคุณภาพอนุมัติ และจัดเก็บเอกสารลงในแฟ้มข้อมูล
