ตามที่ท่านได้สั่งดิฉันให้ทำการบันทึกเวลาเข้าออกที่สำนักงานใหญ่ของ นาย วิชัย พร้อมสิริสุข ดิฉันขอเสนอความคิดเห็นโดย แจ้งคุณวิชัย ดังนี้
1. ทำงานที่สำนักงานใหญ่ และ โรงงานเหมราช อย่างละครึ่งวัน โดยใช้ดุลย์พินิชตามความเหมาะสม
2. ทำการบันทึกเวลาเข้าออกที่สำนักงานใหญ่ และ โรงงานเหมราช โดยการบันทึกลายนิ้วมือ หรือ ลงในสมุดบันทึกการทำงาน
3. หากมีความจำเป็นจะต้องทำงานที่ใดที่หนึ่งเป็นเวลาหลายวัน ให้แจ้งแก่ฝ่ายบริหาร คุณฮิจิกะตะ
4. ทำการทดลองวิธีปฏิบัติเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน เพื่อประเมินผลงานว่ามีประสิทธิภาพระดับใด
5. ทำการประเมินผลงานเป็นรายเดือน โดย ฝ่ายบริหาร คุณฮิจิกะตะ
6. หากผลการประเมินผลงานไม่อยู่ในระดับที่พอใจ ทางฝ่ายบริหารจะพิจารณาปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างใหม่
7. เริ่มมีผลการปฏิบัติตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 มกราคม 2558
หากท่านอนุมัติตามที่ดิฉันเสนอ ดิฉันจะรายงานคุณวิจิตร และแจ้งคุณวิชัยต่อไป
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อขออนุมัติ
