หากมีลูกจ้าง ท่านมีหน้าที่ต้องแจ้งต่อสำนักงานประกันสังคม ภายในวันที่ 15 ของเดือนถัดจากเดือนที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง มิฉะนั้นท่านจะมีความผิดตาม พรบ.ประกันสังคมมาตรา 96 และหรือ มาตรา 97 แล้วแต่กรณี
