เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และปัจจัยแรงจูงใจและการสนับสนุนจากองค์การที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพของบุคลากรสาธารณสุข โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด
วัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ
1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วม ระดับแรงจูงใจ และระดับการสนับสนุนจากองค์การในการปฏิบัติงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพของบุคลากรสาธารณสุข โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด
