จากการที่คณะผู้จัดทำได้เห็นทศกาลโต๊ะจีน ได้จัดว่า เป็น 1 ใน 10 ของเทศกาลที่แปลกที่สุดในโลก และเป็นเทศกาลงานประเพณีที่สำคัญของจังหวัดลพบุรีไว้ได้นานอีกทั้งยังคงคุณค่าทางด้านวัฒนธรรม

วัตถุประสงค์
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการจัดงาน 2 ประการ คือ
1. เพื่อเลี้ยงดูลิง ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์คู้บ้านคู่เมืองของจังหวัดลพบุรี
2. เพื่อสร้างความบันเทิง และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดลพบุรี

ผลที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ
1. เพื่อเลี้ยงดูลิง

3. เป็นแนวทางในการการประกวดการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะ
