บทคัดย่อ
วิทยานิพนธ์เล่มนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกรูปแบบการเดินทางของรถไฟรางคู่กรณีศึกษาเส้นทางกรุงเทพ-ขอนแก่น โดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 521 ชุด นำมาคัดเลือกแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์จำนวน 397 ชุด โดยจะแบ่งไปตามจุดต่างๆ ณ จุดพักรถ ปั้มน้ำมัน จึงมีตัวแปรที่นำมาร่วมวิเคราะห์ประกอบด้วย เพศ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน เคยใช้เส้นทางกรุงเทพ-ขอนแก่น ใช้ยานพาหนะ ใช้บริการรถไฟ ใกล้สถานี ความตรงต่อเวลา ความถี่ในการให้บริการ ความสะดวกในการเดินทาง ความสะดวกในการซื้อตั๋ว การบริการพนักงาน ป้ายประกาศที่ชัดเจน สถานที่จอดรถ ที่นั่งรอรถไฟ ที่นั่งกว้าง ที่วางสัมภาระ ความสะอาดของรถ ความเป็นส่วนตัว ห้องน้ำในห้องโดยสาร ทีวี ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย กล้องวงจรปิด ความรู้สึกปลอดภัย /อุ่นใจ ราคาประหยัด และ หลากหลายราคา โดยแบบสอบถามจะใช้คำถามประเภท Revealed Preference (RP) เป็นการสำรวจข้อมูลการตัดสินใจเลือกการเดินทางในสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบแบบ R Square

รายได้ต่อ30,000เดือน (income_30000) ความถี่ในการเดินทางโดยใช้เส้นทางกรุงเทพ-ขอนแก่น (freq_1) โดยมีค่า R Square เท่ากับ 0.025
