ปรัชญาของหลักสูตร

หลักสูตรนี้จะเสริมสร้างให้นักศึกษามีความรู้ ความชำนาญในสาขาวิชาชีพ ทางด้านบริหารและการจัดการ ตลอดจนเพิ่มพูนความรู้ทางด้านบริหาร และการจัดการ จนสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม รวมทั้งเป็นทางเลือกใหม่ให้กับผู้ที่มีพื้นความรู้ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือเทียบเท่าที่มีความสนใจวิทยาการด้านนี้ หลักสูตรนี้มุ่งผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความรอบรู้และเชี่ยวชาญในวิทยาการจัดการ ในแขนงต่างๆ เพื่อสนองตอบความต้องการของประเทศในกระแสโลกาภิวัฒน์ และสอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายและปณิธานของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
