โครงงานนี้ ศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวการเก็บเกี่ยวหัวมันสำปะหลัง เพื่อนำไปสู่การออกแบบเครื่องขุดมันสำหลังแบบพ่วงรถแทรคเตอร์ขนาด 50 แรงม้า โดยใช้โปรแกรมเชิงวิศวกรรม (Simulation Software) ในการออกแบบและจำลองการทำงานของเครื่องขุดหัวมันสำปะหลังรวมทั้งวิเคราห์ความแข็งแรงของโครงสร้าง จากโปรแกรมเชิงวิศวกรรม เพื่อตรวจสอบจุดที่เสี่ยงต่อการชำรุดเสียหายให้สามารถนำไปปรับปรุงและออกแบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพในอนาคต
