การบอกกล่าว หรือทวงถาม ให้คู่สัญญาส่งหนังสือไปตามที่อยู่ซึ่งเป็นภูมิลำเนาที่ปรากฎในสัญญาฉบับนี้ เมื่อหนังสือบอกกล่าวไปถึงที่อยู่ตามภูมิลำเนาแล้วให้ถือว่าอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งได้รับทราบแล้ว
