Dear All Management
Admin dept. would like to notified about the schedule of repair the roof of leaking
and the ceiling in office Rama 2. The building management appointments the vendor come
to repair on last Sunday 12/10/2014. And we assigns Nut-san to come to office for cooperate
with the building’s vendor.
But on that day. The vendor not comes to process like a schedule that they inform us.
So, we were contacted to building for asking the reason. They said they have not been able
contact the vendor as well.
However, Admin dept. has asked the building management about the ceiling that they
should be repair first. For the safety of our staff. By building will inform us within tomorrow (14/10/2014)
that can be find the new vendor to be take care the repair ceiling process or not.
The admin dept. will report the progress to all management again after we
got the information from building management.
