What work was done by FE at customer site yesterday to clear the errors? i.e. was the modem replaced with another modem or switch?
A=1. Replaced new equipment. (switch BDCOM S2510)
2) Was the cable connection ever checked or replaced from the modem to the customer router?
A=2. Replaced new cable from CAT Switch to CE Router.
3) What is causing the circuit to periodically drop?
A= Fiber optic From CAT site ( Mirochip) to Server room was high loss, equipment ,policy and network route.
