การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่บุคลากรและนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม โดยใช้ระบบบริหารการจัดการสารสนเทศของสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษมในระบบออนไลน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับการพัฒนาระบบบริหารการจัดการสารสนเทศ สาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้โปรแกรมสร้างเว็บไซต์ Adobe Dreamweaver CS6โดยเขียนภาษา PHP โปรแกรมที่ใช้จัดการฐานข้อมูลคือ AppServ อยู่ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows8 ออกแบบเว็บเพจด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop CS6 สำหรับบราวเซอร์ที่ผู้วิจัยเลือกใช้นั้น ได้แก่ Google Chrome และ Internet Explorer8 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ จำนวน 66 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็น อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้า จำนวน 9 คน โดยนักศึกษาได้เลือกจากการสุ่มจำนวน 57 คน จากสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม เพื่อใช้ในการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในการใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ อาจารย์เจ้าหน้าที่และนักศึกษาประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจดังนี้ 1) ด้านความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบอยู่ในระดับที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅ = 4.65, SD = 0.48 ) 2)ด้านการทำงานตามฟังก์ชันของระบบอยู่ในระดับที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅ = 4.71, SD = 0.48 )
3) ด้านการออกแบบระบบอยู่ในระดับที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅ = 4.71, SD = 0.55 ) 4) ด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบอยู่ในระดับที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅ = 4.58, SD = 0.68 ) ดังนั้นจึงสรุปได้ว่าความพึงพอใจจากการใช้ ระบบบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ สาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม
