หากมีการละเมิด สัญญาที่ทำไว้เป็นการระงับทันที หากฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดบอกเลิกสัญญานี้จะต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทราบเป็นการล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน
