a. Possible proximity sensor malfunction for spindle Clamp/Unclamp .

b. Internal air leak is another issue.



Machine can operate as normal but cannot perform Tool Change operation . .



Machine is operating at this moment .



2. MC 12 :



Spindle (8000rpm ) installed and warmed up for one day . Yesterday Engineer ran a test on the spindle.



Found Spindle orientation ( specific angle set for spindle to stop ) – not work when machine power is turned –off .



This problem also affects the tool change function .



Machine can be used but we risk some problems during operation .



NTech Engineer will consult Fanuc, Dahlih and NTech Senior Engineer to get some advice
