สถาบันฯ แบ่งระบบการบริหารงานเป็น 2

สถาบันฯ แบ่งระบบการบริหารงานเป็น 2 ระบบ คือ หน่วยงานทางวิชาการและหน่วยงานด้านการบริการ โดยหน่วยงานด้านวิชาการจะมีองค์ประกอบในการประกันคุณภาพ 9 องค์ประกอบ ส่วนหน่วยงานด้านการบริการมีองค์ประกอบในการประกันคุณภาพ เพียง 6 องค์ประกอบ โดยหน่วยงานทางวิชาการของสถาบันฯ แบ่งได้เป็น 9 หน่วยงาน มีผลการวิจัยสรุปผลได้ดังนี้
