หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งไม่ปฏิบัต

หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญาข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งต้องแจ้งให้คู่สัญญาที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ของตนให้ปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ตามข้อกำหนดในสัญญานี้ภายใน 7 วัน
