กรณีที่หน่วยงาน/แผนก/ฝ่ายไม่แจ้งผลการดำเนินการแก้ไข/ป้องกันมาภายใน 10 วันทำการ รวมถึงไม่ได้แจ้งขอเลื่อนมานั้นทางผู้ทวนสอบ ต้องทำการแจ้งติดตามสอบถามสถานะในการดำเนินการตามลำดับขั้น และเสนอผลการติดตามต่อการประชุมทบทวนฝ่ายบริหารต่อไป
