เมื่อวันที่ วันที่ 15 – 16 มิถุนายน 2558 ที่ผ่านมา โครงการจัดตั้งสถาบันนานาชาติ ได้จัด โครงการฝึกอบรมภาษาอาเซียน (ภาษาเวียดนาม ภาษาจีน) ให้กับบุคลากรในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา พิษณุโลก เขต 3 ณ ห้องประชุมกรณิกา 1-2 โรงแรมวังจันทน์ริเวอร์วิวมหาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม (ส่วนวังจันทน์) โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม จำนวน 50 คน บรรยากาศในการอบรมเป็นไปอย่างสนุกสนาน และผู้เข้าอบรมให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมอบรมเป็นอย่างดี.
