-กำหนดให้มีการจัดตั้งสภาอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทยมี
วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ
1) เป็นตัวแทนของผู้ประกอบอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวในด้านการประสานงาน
2) ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว
3) ส่งเสริมให้มีการอนุรักษ์ศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โบราณสถาน และสิ่งแวดล้อมรวมทั้งเอกลักษณ์ของความเป็นไทย
4) ส่งเสริมให้มีจรรยามารยาทในการท่องเที่ยว
