โครงการพัฒนาเบ็ดเสร็จลุ่มน้ำสาขาแม่ปิง

อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

๑. ความเป็นมาของโครงการ

โครงการพัฒนาเบ็ดเสร็จลุ่มน้ำสาขาแม่ปิง อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ อำเภอฮอด อำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และอำเภอบ้านโฮ่ง จังหวัดลำพูน โดยพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ได้ทรงพระราชทานพระราชดำริ เมื่อวันที่ ๒๑ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๒๗ และวันที่ ๑๓ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๒๘ ความว่า "...ให้พิจารณาวางโครงการฯ และก่อสร้างระบบการชลประทานตามลำน้ำสายต่างๆของแม่ปิง ในเขตอำเภอจอมทอง อำเภอฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และอำเภอบ้านโฮ่ง จังหวัดลำพูน ทั้งนี้เพื่อจัดหาน้ำให้กับพื้นที่เพาะปลูกของราษฎรซึ่งขาดแคลนน้ำเพื่อการเพาะปลูก..." พร้อมทั้งจัดสรรให้ราษฎรเข้าทำกินในพื้นที่ป่าละเมาะ ตลอดจนเพื่อให้มีน้ำไว้สนับสนุนการพัฒนาทางด้านปศุสัตว์ การประมง และการพัฒนาด้านการเกษตรอุตสาหกรรม สำหรับพื้นที่ต้นน้ำลำธารเหนืออ่างเก็บน้ำต่างๆ ให้พัฒนาเป็นพื้นที่ป่าไม้อย่างสมบูรณ์เพื่ออนุรักษ์ไว้เป็นพื้นที่ต้นน้ำต่อไป

๒. วัตถุประสงค์

๑. เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตสัตว์น้ำในแหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติ โดยการคัดเลือกพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่ และภูมิประเทศ

๒. เพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพการเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำไว้บริโภคในครัวเรือน

๓. จัดการบริหารแหล่งน้ำต่างๆที่มีอยู่ให้ได้ผลประโยชน์สูงสุด

๔. แนะนำให้เกษตรกรในหมู่บ้านได้รู้จักการบริหารการประมงอย่างถูกวิธี

๕. ส่งเสริมแนะนำให้เกษตรกรในพื้นที่โครงการฯที่รับน้ำได้รู้จักวิธีการเลี้ยงปลาที่ถูกหลักทางวิชาการ

๖. เพื่อเป็นแหล่งผลิตอาหารโปรตีนประเภทปลาให้แก่นักเรียนบริโภคเป็นอาหารกลางวันและเป็นศูนย์กลางในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ถ่ายทอดให้เกษตรกรในหมู่บ้าน รวมทั้งปลูกฝังและฝึกอบรมให้นักเรียนมีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ

๓. เป้าหมาย

๑. ผลิตพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำจำนวน ๑,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ ตัว

- ปล่อยพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำลงในแหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติ จำนวน ๕๐๐,๐๐๐ ตัว

- แจกพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำแก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่โครงการฯจำนวน ๕๐๐,๐๐๐ ตัว

๒. ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอาชีพการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ จำนวน ๓๐๐ ราย

๓. เพิ่มผลผลิตการประมงในแหล่งน้ำ จำนวน ๒ แห่ง

๔. ประมงโรงเรียน จำนวน ๓ แห่ง

๕. ฝึกอบรมคณะอนุกรรมการในแหล่งน้ำคณะกรรมการครูและนักเรียน จำนวน ๕๐ ราย

๖. ติดตามและแนะนำเกษตรกร จำนวน ๑๐ ครั้ง
